Partnered with Luna Hut Sauna to scale the start-up from launch to four permanent locations and multiple pop-ups within one year, across Sussex.
Collaborated in scaling, recruiting and onboarding the team from 5 to 30+ people and transitioning to a PAYE system.

Supported the expansion of Community Sauna Baths toward its vision of launching a site in every borough, achieving a 25% growth milestone.
Provided end-to-end project support, from securing planning permission through to site activation and full operational rollout.
